How do I make a reservation?

You can book our services directly through our website by filling out the reservation form, or by contacting us via phone or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. For last-minute arrangements, please call us directly for immediate assistance.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and payments through secure online portals. Payments are processed at the time of booking to ensure a seamless and cash-free service on the day of your travel.

Can I request a specific vehicle from your fleet?

Yes, you can request a specific vehicle when making your reservation, subject to availability. We offer a range of Mercedes models including the E Class, S Class, V Class, and Sprinter. Please specify your preference in the booking form or discuss it with our reservation team.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to pick-up will incur a charge of 50% of the booked service fee. For no-shows, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Do you offer services outside of the Netherlands?

While our primary services are within the Netherlands, including major cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, and The Hague, we do offer chauffeur services across Europe upon request. Please contact us with your travel itinerary for more details and arrangements.

How are your vehicles maintained?

Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards to ensure safety and comfort. Each vehicle undergoes regular mechanical inspections and is cleaned and sanitized before each use. We pride ourselves on the pristine condition of our vehicles to provide a superior travel experience.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

We continuously monitor flight statuses to ensure timely pickups, even if your flight is delayed. There is no additional charge for waiting time caused by delayed flights as long as we are informed in advance about the flight details. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking so we can adjust your pickup time accordingly.

Can I make changes to my reservation?

Yes, you can make changes to your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time without any additional charge. For changes less than 24 hours prior to the pickup, we will do our best to accommodate them based on vehicle availability.

Do you provide child safety seats?

Yes, we provide child safety seats for families traveling with young children. Please specify the age and weight of your child when booking so we can ensure the appropriate seat is available for your journey.
